User Submissions

When you submit content to the Site, including listener stories through the "Share Your Story" form or guest applications through the "Become a Guest" form, you grant You're Too Valuable a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the podcast and its promotion.

You represent that any content you submit is your own original work, does not infringe on the rights of any third party, and does not contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material. We reserve the right to review, edit, or decline any submission at our sole discretion.

Listener stories may be read or discussed on the podcast. If you wish to have a previously submitted story removed, please contact us and we will accommodate your request.

Guest Appearances

Submitting a guest application does not guarantee a podcast appearance. If selected, guests will be contacted to discuss scheduling and topics. By appearing on the podcast, guests grant You're Too Valuable the right to record, edit, publish, and promote the episode across all platforms and media.

Third Party Links

The Site contains links to third party websites and services, including podcast platforms, social media, and video hosting services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of those third party sites. Accessing third party links is at your own risk.
